  You get what you pay for. Collin Street Bakery is not cheap but their products are worth the money. World famous, and for good reason. Cheesecakes, pecan cakes and pies, fruitcakes, cookies etc.

  The tame-sounding "grilled cheese" was an amazing culinary experience! Utterly delicious. The employees were attentive and friendly and you'd never have suspected that I walked in minutes before they were supposed to close. The baked goods were amazing and I'm proud of my restraint for only walking out with one box of take-home treats.
  
  Overall, an amazing place! Wish I lived closer so that I could visit more often!

  Very disappointed, let down. Got a red velvet cupcake, tasted nothing like red velvet an was stale. Won't be back!
